Before I became a certified coach, I was a preacher. A Licensed educator, a semi-pro drummer, a master barber and even a traveling professional photographer.

I wore every hat I could find to find value and purpose in life. Why so many hats? Because deep down at my core, without the applause and approval of others I didn't know who I was. I sold my identity to whatever made me feel accepted and appreciated.

 

Underneath all the roles, I was truly lost. I was the “good guy" and the codependent pleaser. I was the man who prayed, fasted, worked hard—and still couldn’t hold his life together. I was the superhero for others, while living in my own alter-ego state to hide my own flaws and blend into the crowds around me.

 

Growing from that internal deficit into the man I was created to be is why I work with men who have built careers, ministries, and reputations but struggle to connect with who they truly are.

 

It's why I work with organizations, schools, and churches to help their teams, students, and communities find clarity in purpose and strength in authentic leadership and it's why I help leaders, educators, pastors, and coaches transform their core messages into movements and legacies that leave lasting impacts.

Grooming your life isn't just about rebranding, It's about destroying the false narratives we've claimed as our identity, removing the masks we've worn to survive. It's about facing the pain we've hidden behind success and having the courage to embrace and walk in the truth of who God made us to be.
